Dispensers

Variety of ultra-precise dispensers available in varying dispense patterns (bead, dot, spray, etc.)

–Positive displacement dispensing ensures repeatable accurate dispensing no matter the viscosity, temperature, or other external variants.

– Single-shot dispensers have a volume range of 0.001 to 1086 cc, with every size option in between.

– Continuous flow dispensers ae available for most materials in varying speeds and options.

– Features including speed, monitoring, and air removal technology are available.

Grease Filters	Grease Pressure Regulators	GUS	Pump with GUS
Grease filters are ideal for protection of pressure regulators, dispensers, and other sensitive components. They help to ensure that metal chips, foreign material, and other debris don’t get into the material and clog or damage the dispensing system.	Pressure regulators are often needed to reduce the supply pressure to the dispenser since most air-operated pumps cannot supply material at low pressure.	GUS uses our patented air removal process that ensures airless grease in your manufacturing process. There are single and dual test chamber variations available for a wide variety of output options.	Our Pump with GUS is our patented air removal process with an integrated pump to feed dispens ers with airless grease.
